Cycles of Change Bike Drives!

Got rusty, dusty bikes cluttering up your closet, or an old bike that’s feeling lonely because you never ride it anymore? Donate them to Cycles of Change! Cycles of Change fixes up old bikes at The Bikery, our community bike shop in East Oakland, and returns them to the community through our school-based bicycle education, job training, and community earn-a-bike programs.

We are gratefully accepting donations of your complete, working and almost working bicycles and usable bike parts. All donations are tax-deductible!

Donation Guidelines:

  • Bike should have its major parts in good or reasonably repairable working order. Flat tires are a-ok!
  • Bike does not have badly rusted or immobile parts.
  • Bike frame and fork should not be bent, and should not have more than minor dents.
  • Bike parts should have all pieces included and installed. Please do not donate broken or dismantled parts and/or parts with missing pieces.
