- Edna Brewer Middle School, Oakland
- International High School, Oakland
- King Middle School, Berkeley
- Met West High School, Oakland
- Roosevelt Middle School, Oakland
- Bella Vista Elementary, Oakland
- ALC, Oakland
- Ascend Middle School, Fruitvale
In addition, Cycles of Change is running Safe Routes to School at five additional schools in the East Bay.
